I · The Offering

A course above Chequamegon Bay.

Lake Superior View Golf is an eighteen-hole executive course in Washburn, Wisconsin, arranged as two nines, par 66, opened in 2010. It sits minutes from Lake Superior, Bayfield, and the Apostle Islands.

The public name is the course. The clubhouse has an elevated deck toward the bay. Leagues, tournaments, and visitor play already use the ground. Weddings and gatherings are the second use of the building.

This page is the optional editorial format. The short listing — facts, media, and a request button — remains the basic page. Use this one when a property deserves a catalog. A residence uses the same shell: gate, contents, house, site, opportunity, inquire, film.

Public ask is the figure on the BizBuySell listing. Confirm before this page is shown to a buyer. An earlier public record under another brokerage showed $650,000. Acreage on that record was about sixty acres — confirm before printing.

II · The Course

Two nines, cut through the trees.

A double nine-hole executive layout, par 66, across open play and wooded ground, with elevated views toward Lake Superior.

It is not a championship length. That is the point of the offering. The round is finishable for leagues and for visitors who came for the bay, and the maintenance load is scaled to an owner-operator.

The course has a following through leagues and tournaments. Financials, rounds, and the seller’s books are not on this page. They release after inquiry, and after an NDA when Jenni requires one.

III · The Clubhouse

A deck toward the bay.

The clubhouse is the second business. An elevated deck looks over Chequamegon Bay, and the building already hosts gatherings beyond golf.

Public records describe a small clubhouse, on the order of a few hundred to about twelve hundred square feet depending on the source. Treat the square footage as unconfirmed until the survey and the seller’s plan are in the file.

The photograph on this chapter is a stand-in for Monday. The real deck, the real building, and the walkthrough stills replace it before anyone outside the office sees the page.

IV · The Grounds

What runs the course.

The operation is in place. A buyer is not starting from a bare field.

Understood to convey
  • Eighteen golf carts
  • Full mowing equipment for the course
  • Hunter irrigation, fed by two drilled wells
  • Clubhouse and the course real estate

Equipment list is from the public property record. Confirm the bill of sale before this chapter is buyer-facing. Personal property, name, and goodwill are a separate schedule.

V · Photography

A brief visual record.

Four frames, placed to show the chapter layout. They are not photographs of Lake Superior View Golf. Monday’s note is the layout, not the pictures.

VI · The Setting

Washburn, the bay, the islands.

The course is on County Highway C in Washburn, Bayfield County, on the shore side of a town that already draws people for the water.

Bayfield and the Apostle Islands are the visitor reason. Chequamegon Bay is the view from the deck. The offering is a golf business that sits inside a place people already travel to.

Directions, the legal description, and a map stay off this preview until the address is confirmed for public use. The highway address on the earlier listing record is 950 County Highway C.

VII · The Opportunity

Offered at five hundred ninety-five thousand.

Real estate included. The public BizBuySell ask is $595,000. Books, tax returns, and a seller name beyond the approved public use are not on this page.

If she would rather the editorial page say “price on request,” this chapter drops the figure and the contents hint changes. The basic template can keep “Inquire.”

VIII · Inquire

A private introduction.

Tell Jenni you are looking at the course. On the live site this writes a buyer row and tags it to the listing. The form is not wired in this preview.

These links are live. They are the same media already on the press sheet.

The public listing.

One public document for Monday. A printable catalog can be added later, the way the South Dakota offering keeps a brochure chapter.
